payment & postage
General InfoAll my artwork is original and is produced using the best materials (i.e., the oil paintings are produced on 100% cotton stretched canvas, using Winsor & Newton Artisan watersoluble oil paints) and will be delivered to you ready to hang; this includes being framed and mounted where the picture is drawn in pencil, or in pen & ink.
I welcome commissions, so if you do see anything you like on any of the gallery pages on this website, please feel free to contact me either directly using "thewillers@msn.com" email address or alternatively, please get in touch with me through the "contact" page provided on this website.
Payment Details
All artwork will be packaged and delivered following receipt of payment.
I accept payment by cheque or BACs transfer but please be advised, the painting will not be despatched to you until your payment has cleared; I will email you on the day of posting. Please contact me to obtain details on who the cheque should be made payable to plus the address to which it should be sent or, the account details you need to process a BACs transfer.
Delivery Costs
The cost of postage and packing will be discussed individually with each client as it will depend on the size and weight of the painting. I look to try and despatch artwork within 7 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Late delivery will not constitue a breach of contract.
Returns and/or Cancellation of faulty or damaged goods
Cancellations must be notified to me in writing (letter or email) ASAP and definitely within 7 working days. Goods must be returned in their original pristine state within 14 calendar days of their receipt. Goods will be refunded in the form of the original payment. These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
